Job summary

The MultiCare Health System Neurology Department is seeking BE/BC Neurologists to join a thriving practice in the South Puget Sound region. You will join a team of eighteen Neurology providers with subspecialty support and a light call schedule.

You'll work with excellent facilities, collaborate with UW and WSUSM academic partners, and enjoy robust benefits including research opportunities through the MultiCare Research Institute.

Qualifications

• Board certified/eligible in Neurology at time of employment.
• Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment.
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Join a growing group of physicians and APPs in our outpatient-based Neurology program.
• Ability to practice general neurology with subspecialty.
• Epic EMR usage across the department.
• Offer 12-18 patients per day and balance clinical duties with research and teaching opportunities.

About The Position

• Join a growing group of physicians and APPs in our outpatient‑based Neurology program
• Ability to practice general neurology w/subspecialty
• Desirable work/life balance – no weekends, holidays, or call coverage

Position Summary

The MultiCare Health System Neurology Department is looking for a BE/BC Neurologist to join its thriving practice within the South Puget Sound region. This opportunity offers excellent departmental collegiality with eighteen Neurology providers in the department, several with subspecialty practices. Currently the department experiences a low call burden call schedule with Neuro Hospitalists on staff for day coverage at three of our facilities. Join a practice with a blend of general neurology and support in the subspecialty that you enjoy practicing in.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $332,400.00 - $332,400.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
