Job summary

MemorialCare Medical Group is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified/board-eligible Neuro Hospitalist to provide high-quality inpatient neurologic care. The physician will join a physician-based organization with robust support and access to EPIC electronic medical records.

The role is employed per diem with 24-hour shifts and strong intensivist and specialty collaboration. California license, DEA, ACLS and BLS are required as part of the qualifications.

Qualifications

• California medical license is required.
• DEA certificate is required.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology.
• ACLS certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in accordance with MemorialCare Medical Foundation practices and standards.
• Cover 24-hour shifts in a hospitalist setting with support from intensivists and specialty teams.
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records to document and coordinate patient care.
