Annual Compensation: $356,000 to $372,500 Base + production + Quality Incentive
The Neurobehavioral Neurologist is a key member of the MultiCare Neuroscience Institute, specializing in the care of patients with neurobehavioral and neurocognitive disorders. This physician provides comprehensive outpatient assessment and long‑term management for individuals with conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, frontotemporal dementia, vascular cognitive impairment, and other neurodegenerative or neuropsychiatric syndromes. The role involves collaboration with neuropsychology, psychiatry, social work, and rehabilitation services to deliver integrated, patient‑centered care.
The position supports the diagnosis and continuum of care for neurobehavioral disorders, utilizing advanced neuroimaging, cognitive testing, and pharmacological as well as non‑pharmacological interventions. Opportunities exist for participating in interdisciplinary case conferences, contributing to clinical pathways, and engaging in clinical research or medical education within a collegial, multidisciplinary environment.

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $356,000.00 - $372,500.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
