Qualifications

Description:We are seeking a Neurosurgeon to provide 24-hour call coverage.This position involves rounding and admitting patients.The physician will be on 24-hour call.The provider must perform both spinal and cranial procedures.Current open blocks are available for coverage.Imaging, lab, procedure rooms, and operating rooms are all on site.You will be part of a team that includes other surgeons and advanced practice providers.Daily responsibilities include emergent call, surgeries, and inpatient rounding.The expected patient load is 5-10 inpatients per day.Electronic medical records will be managed using Cerner.No flight arrangements will be required for this position.
