Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in a health-related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in the licensed discipline required.
• Rehabilitation hospital or LTACH experience preferred.
• Previous physician liaison, clinical liaison, healthcare marketing, or business development experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, develop new business, and effectively manage a referral territory.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue admission opportunities to support hospital census growth.

• Conduct clinical assessments to determine patient appropriateness for admission.
• Analyze referral and admission trends to identify market growth and outcome improvement opportunities.
• Partner with admissions and clinical teams to facilitate seamless referrals and admissions.
• Educate referral sources on PAM Health's rehabilitation services, clinical outcomes, and patient success stories.
• Recommend improvements to customer service, referral conversion, patient satisfaction, and quality initiatives.
