Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician for 0.8 FTE in Rolling Meadows, IL. The role offers full-time hours within an integrated health system and is supported by an Epic EMR environment.

Qualified candidates will be MD/DO with IL license, board certification in Family or Internal Medicine, and current CPR/ACLS/PALS. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Pay Range : $222,369 - $356,709 - The pay rate offered is determined within the pay range and is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance measures

Qualifications :

1. Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois
2. Board certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
3. Graduate of accredited and recognized medical school
4. Current CPR certification or specialty specific advanced life support (ACLS, ATLS, PALS) certification obtained through American Heart Association.
