Job summary

ACEP Now is hiring a Doctor of Medicine for Urgent Care in Georgia to join a nonprofit regional health system. The ideal candidate will be board certified in Family or Emergency Medicine.

This role offers competitive weekly pay and the potential to earn between $300K to $350K annually, with comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include providing patient care at urgent care facilities, working a flexible schedule, and delivering excellent clinical support.

Qualifications

• Must be BC in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• DOT Certification is required within 90 days of the start of employment.
• Experience in minor suturing.

Responsibilities

• Work in urgent care facilities in the Carrollton, GA area.
• Provide clinical support and management.
• See around 4 patients per hour.

About the Position

Work for a nonprofit regional health system serving a nine-county area of West Georgia and East Alabama. The medical staff comprises more than 250 physicians representing 35 unique medical specialties. The system seeks an urgent care physician to work out of its 3 urgent care facilities in the Carrollton, GA area.

Practice Features

• Must be BC in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• Clinic Hours - 8A to 8P, Monday - Friday; 8A to 5P on Saturday and Sunday
• Work a flexible block schedule; Includes every other weekend coverage
• See around 4 patients per hour
• Excellent clinical, administrative, and management support
• EPIC EMR throughout all locations
• DOT Certification is required within 90 days of the start of employment
• Minor suturing is required
• On-site digital X-Ray
• $300K to $350K earning potential with comprehensive benefits
