Job summary

Signify Health, Inc., part of CVS Health®, invites physicians (MD/DO) to join as contractor in-home visit specialists. You will evaluate patients in their homes, review histories, and support care plans.

Shifts are available Monday through Sunday with no nights required. Typical earnings range from $3,000 to $5,000 per week, with 6–9 visits daily and a base rate of $100 per completed assessment. Medicaid license preferred.

Qualifications

• MD or DO license to practice medicine in the United States
• Medicaid license preferred or willingness to enroll with support

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health and well-being
• Review medications and medical history during visits
• Perform physical evaluations in the member's home without prescribing meds or changing current treatment

We’re hiring physician (MD/DO) contractors

• Conduct in-home visits that focus on a person’s overall health and well-being and identify potential barriers to care
• Earn up to $3000 to $5000 each week (Average 6-9 visits daily, base rate of $100 per completed assessment)
• Increase your per-visit rate up to 160% with our Market Multiplier
• Medicaid License or willingness to enroll (with our support) strongly preferred
• Shifts available Monday - Sunday (no nights/weekends required)
• Short-Term or Long-Term basis
• Pre-scheduled visit in-home w/ health plan members
• Airfare, Hotel, and Rental Car available (depending on eligibility)
• Malpractice coverage
• Availability Incentives (based on weekly availability)
• Paid Collaborative Physician Roles available in certain states

These visits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member’s home. Our physician contractors can earn a competitive wage (or supplement their current income) while managing other personal and clinical commitments. You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation and do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen.

This is an excellent opportunity for resident physicians to earn additional income or for more seasoned physicians seeking a change of pace.
