Job summary

SSM Health McLoud is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join an established outpatient primary care practice in McLoud, Oklahoma. This position offers a stable, relationship-centered environment with a multi-generational patient base and a strong referral network.

You will work a Monday–Friday, 40-hour schedule with limited administrative time and a call rotation about once per quarter. The clinic features 2 exam rooms per provider, a procedure room, and essential EKG/DEE equipment.

Qualifications

• Be or BC in Family Medicine.
• Graduate of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
• Oklahoma medical license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient primary care.
• Care for an established patient panel with ~20–25 patients per day per provider.
• Work Monday–Friday with one-half day for administrative tasks.
• Rotating call ~once per quarter.
• Utilize a clinic space with 2 exam rooms per provider, a procedure room, EKG and DEE equipment.

Graduate of an accredited residency program

This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE opportunity with a Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 40 hours per week. The position includes Monday through Friday clinic hours, with one-half day of administrative time per week that may be flexible.

• Call: Provider is part of a larger call group, with call rotation anticipated to be approximately once per quarter

The SSM Health McLoud primary care practice is currently supported by three providers. The providers in the practice are focused on primary care, and the clinic offers a stable environment for a physician who values relationship-based care and long-term patient connections.

Candidate Qualifications:

• BE or BC in Family Medicine
• Completed and graduated from an accredited program
• Clean and Clear Oklahoma License
