Medical Director Services PC (MDS PC) in Medford, NJ is seeking an Attending Physician (MD/DO) to care for residents at a SNF. The position offers a competitive salary between $180,000 and $300,000+ per year and RVU eligibility, with physician-owned group culture.

The APPs handle routine care while you lead admissions, care planning, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with local hospitals to ensure continuity of care for residents and opportunities for Medical Directorships as the group

Qualifications

• Active NJ medical license (MD or DO).
• Current DEA registration in good standing.
• Up to date CME requirements.
• Experience in SNF, long-term care, or managed care settings preferred.
• Comfort working with a culturally and linguistically diverse resident population.

Responsibilities

• Perform admissions, monthly, acute & routine visits for SNF residents; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with APPs on your units.
• Manage medication decisions, including narcotics and psychiatric meds, with focus on reducing polypharmacy.
• Lead care planning, discharge planning, and ongoing staff education; support regulatory/survey visits.
• Coordinate with local hospitals to ensure continuity of care for residents.

Medical Director Services PC (MDS PC) is hiring an Attending Physician (MD/DO) to care for residents at a skilled nursing facility in Medford, NJ.
