Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Henderson, Alabama, invites you to join a collaborative, patient-centered practice focused on delivering high-quality care to seniors. You will work on-site in an outpatient office, using Athena EMR, and participate in a team that includes APPs, pharmacists, care coaches, and behavioral health specialists.

You will provide comprehensive primary care, partner with an interdisciplinary team, document thoroughly in the EMR, and participate in limited on-call

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program from an accredited university.
• Board Certification or Eligible (ABMS or AOA) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine.
• Current and unrestricted medical license or willing to obtain a medical license in state of practice.
• Demonstrate a high level of skill with interpersonal relationships and communications with colleagues/patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Primary Care to seniors.

Reporting to our Associate Medical Director, you will be part of a team dedicated to supporting and empowering clinicians to do what they love. Our leadership is committed to promoting an environment where you will provide the highest quality care and establish relationships with those you serve.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted DEA license


• Medicare and Medicaid Provider Number


• 2+ years of experience


• 2+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage Patients


• Knowledge of Medicare standards


• Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$255,000 - $298,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
