St. Luke’s Cataract & Laser Institute in The Villages, FL, is seeking a full-time Physician Liaison to build and maintain relationships with outside referral sources.

The role involves strategic development of new business relationships, serving as a liaison between physicians, management, and referrals, and educating partners about our service offerings to drive growth.

Excellent communication, sales experience, and knowledge of HIPAA are valued in this role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years sales experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Working knowledge of NextGen EPM, EHR, ICIMS preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and basic compliance.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build relationships across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic development of new business relationships with outside referral sources
• Serves as a liaison between physicians, management team and referral sources
• Builds networking opportunities for our physicians with business leads
• Partners with referral sources to provide and support compliant communication that supports the care of our mutual patients
• Provides education to referral partners about our service offerings
• Measures and reports metrics of success and growth of new business development
• Builds rapport and strong relationships with providers and team within our practice
