Essentia Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join our team in the beautiful Brainerd Lakes area of Minnesota. This outpatient role includes minimal telephone call (1:2.5) and offers a collaborative team of 9 IM physicians and 2 IM APP.

PRACTICE SPECIFICS

Practice in a beautiful new clinic with a dedicated nursing staff. 4‑day work week with flexible scheduling. Possible hospital practice; if desired. Multispecialty integrated health system with support from specialists and ancillary services. Join a tight‑knit team with low turnover in a department of 9 IM physicians and 2 IM APP. Outpatient only; 1:2.5 telephone call. EMR is EPIC.

LOCATION

Brainerd Lakes area offers a lifestyle of all four seasons activities including fishing, boating, camping, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, hunting, snowmobiling, ATV, and is home to the Brainerd International Raceway. Brainerd/Baxter, MN – in Central Minnesota, 125 miles northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul. Brainerd/Baxter population: 20,000; Regional service area: 115,000.

COMPENSATION

$331,053. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production‑based compensation.
