Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join our busy ambulatory practice at Auburn Medical Center in South King County. We offer embedded support services to make practice sustainable, including behavioral health resources, RN Care Managers, and robust front/back-office staff.

We value collaboration, continuous learning and patient-centered care. A WA medical license, board certification or eligibility, and ACLS/BLS are required, with DEA/NPI and prescriptive

Qualifications

• Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine at time of employment.
• Licensed in WA by time of employment.
• DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority.
• Current ACLS/BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide ambulatory primary care with embedded support services.
• Collaborate with RN Care Managers and front/back-office staff to ensure sustainable practice.
• Deliver high-quality patient care within a robust clinical quality program.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off.

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $315,400.00 - $339,000.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
