Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a board-certified physician (Internal or Family Medicine) in the Phoenix-Scottsdale area to deliver preventive, functional, and longevity medicine. The role focuses on high-touch care with a flexible 3-4 day schedule and low patient volumes, primarily in-office with some remote work flexibility.

You'll utilize advanced diagnostics such as DEXA, VO2 Max, and neurocognitive assessments, supported by a dedicated fitness coach and concierge staff to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board-certified MD or DO in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required.
• Flexible schedule with 3-4 days per week; no call required.
• Low patient volume with 1-6 patients per day for high-touch, personalized care.
• Mostly in-office with some remote work flexibility.
• Experience in hormone optimization, nutraceuticals, and peptides strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive, functional, and longevity medicine in a patient-centered team.
