AdvantageCare Physicians in New York is seeking a board-eligible/board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for outpatient primary care in a busy urban setting. You will diagnose, treat, and coordinate care for a diverse patient population, emphasizing preventive health, chronic disease management, and population health initiatives.
