- Shares offered with share purchase (2 shares) after 36 months of employment
- Loan repayment available; 5 days of CME time with a $3k stipend
- Up to $10k for relocation assistance
- Life insurance, a retirement plan, and medical benefits
- Full-spectrum family medicine with no OB
- Must be board certified or board eligible
- See 22 – 26 patients per day
