Endeavor Health is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for Elmhurst, IL, joining a physician-led primary care group in a fully integrated system.

You will provide outpatient care in Elmhurst Health Center, with EPIC EMR, a schedule of 36 patient care hours and 4 admin hours, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice medicine in Illinois or pending license
• Completed Internal Medicine residency and board certified or eligible
• Ability to educate patients on wellness and prevention

Responsibilities

• Provide medical patient care through history, exam and treatment planning
• Educate patients on wellness, prevention and early detection
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure coverage and care quality
• Determine referrals based on patient needs and urgency
• Prescribe medical treatments and order studies/tests as needed
• Document all services in the patient record and coordinate with care teams
• Participate in quality improvement and ongoing medical education
