Job summary

Sanford Health in Dickinson, ND is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a well-established, multi-provider primary care practice.

Join a group of 15 primary care physicians, 5 pediatricians and 3 OB/GYNs. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional call and a half day of administrative time. The site includes an infusion center, lab/radiology, Mobile MRI and CT Scanner, with visiting cardiology, nephrology and oncology specialists.

Compensation Package

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

• Annual compensation of $350,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

• In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
