Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group seeks a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible primary care physician with fellowship training in Integrative Medicine. The role emphasizes integrative and functional medicine with a focus on complex care, fatigue, Lyme, hormonal imbalances, and autonomic disorders in a San Francisco Bay Area setting.

The candidate should have 2+ years in integrative medicine, trauma-informed approach, and may benefit from group visit initiatives.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in primary care with 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Fellowship training and board certification in Integrative Medicine preferred.
• Extensive integrative medicine experience may substitute fellowship on a case-by-case basis.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in integrative and functional medicine.
• Experience treating fatigue, mold, Lyme, hormonal imbalances, environmental toxicity, POTS and autonomic disorders.
• Experience in integrative GI, oncology, psychiatry preferred; provider should be trauma informed.
• Craniosacral therapy or osteopathic manipulations a plus for DO applicants.
• Interest in developing shared medical appointments; group visits experience a plus.

• Primary care board specialty with 2+ years of clinical experience
• Fellowship training and board certification in Integrative Medicine is preferred.
• Extensive integrative medicine experience in lieu of fellowship and training will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• 2+ years of clinical experience in integrative and functional medicine
• Experience in treating the following issues: fatigue, mold, Lyme, hormonal imbalances, environmental toxicity, POTS and other autonomic nervous system disorders
• Experience in integrative GI, oncology, psychiatry is preferred. The provider should be trauma informed
• Ability to do craniosacral therapy or osteopathic manipulations for DO applicants is a plus
• Interest in developing shared medical appointments. Prior experience with group visits is a plus.
