Reporting to the Chief of Infectious Disease, the candidate will participate in the hospitalist program and share call with other ID physicians, contributing to a culture of inclusion and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• BC/BE Infectious Disease Physician licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of CT

• Inpatient consultations at Hartford Hospital, The Hospital of Central Connecticut, MidState Medical Center, Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, Backus Hospital, Saint Vincent's Medical Center, Manchester Hospital
• Wound Care and Antimicrobial stewardship
• Assist with activities of Infection Prevention and the hospital epidemiology programs
• Active Hospitalist program to care for inpatients
• Shared call with other ID physicians

• Inpatient consultations at either Hartford Hospital, The Hospital of Central Connecticut, MidState Medical Center, Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, Backus Hospital, Saint Vincent's Medical Center, Manchester Hospital.
• Wound Careand Antimicrobial stewardship
• Assist with activities of Infection Prevention and the hospital epidemiology programs
