• Stable and secure employed position with a top hospital system in the region
• Site medical director for an established hospitalist program
• Supervision of hospitalists, patient quality care, and administrative responsibilities
• Monday through Friday flexible daytime schedule
• Open to IM and FM physicians with hospitalist experience
• Require 1-3+ years of administrative and leadership skills
• Competitive base salary plus quality incentives over $300k; full hospital benefits
• Location: South-central Pennsylvania, less than 60 miles from Baltimore, MD
