Job summary

CompHealth in Greensboro, NC seeks a dedicated nocturnist to join its hospitalist team. The role offers a stable, team-focused environment with balanced schedule and strong emphasis on physician wellness and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Work as nocturnist on a 7 PM–7 AM schedule.
• Collaborate with a second nocturnist and mid-levels.
• Handle admissions during 12-hour shifts (approx. 8 per shift).
• Utilize Epic EMR for charting and orders.

An established private, not-for-profit integrated health care network based in Greensboro, North Carolina is seeking a dedicated nocturnist to join its hospitalist team.

This position offers an opportunity to become part of a very stable hospitalist group with low turnover, and there is an urgent need for a new team member to start within the next 90 to 120 days.

Candidates should hold or be in the process of obtaining a North Carolina medical license and DEA certification and be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, with hospitalist experience preferred.
