Job summary

Vituity seeks Hospital Medicine physicians to join Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, MD. The role features a busy hospitalist service with 400+ beds, Level III Trauma, and high-acuity care.

You will work in a physician-owned partnership offering autonomy, profit distributions, and a transparent ownership model. Current MD license is a plus; Board eligibility or certification in Hospital Medicine is preferred.

• 400+ bed hospital with a 46-bed closed ICU.
• Level III Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center.
• 15-18 encounters per day and 9 admits per night on average.
• 24/7 ICU coverage including rapid responses, stroke alerts, and no procedures.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
