Benefits & Compensation

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part‑time and per diem roles is prorated. Partnership model includes profit distribution, equity ownership, and K‑1 tax advantages. Total compensation may exceed the range shown.
