Job summary

CompHealth is assisting in placing an oncology physician in Hawaii. The role focuses 90% solid tumor and 10% hematology, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm and no on-call weekends.

A team of three oncologists and four NPs provides strong support as you manage 12–15 patients daily, joining a growing cancer center in a vibrant Hawaiian setting. Salary is highly competitive within a health system, with extensive CME and generous time off.

Job description

Located on the northeastern side of the island of Hawaii, Hilo is right next to the ocean, rain forests, waterfalls, and majestic mountains, plus it offers all the amenities of a vibrant town. It is known for Wailuku River State Park, featuring Waianuenue, or Rainbow Falls, with its colorful mist effects. The bubbling basalt-lava rock pools known as the Boiling Pots are nearby. To the south is Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, home to rainforests and the active Kilauea and Mauna Loa volcanoes.

Salary from $850000.00 to $850000.00 annually
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
