Colorado Permanente Medical Group (CPMG) seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist (Head and Neck) for full-time, at our Rock Creek Medical Office in Lafayette, CO. The role features a balanced schedule: four 10-hour days per week and about 18 patients per day in clinic.

The position includes limited general ENT call (1–2 days per month) and an integrated Kaiser Colorado partnership, with a comprehensive benefits package.

This is a unique opportunity to join our group, which provides outstanding tertiary-level care, with only 1-2 days of general ENT call required per month.
