Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a board-certified physician for outpatient internal medicine in Virginia Beach. You will provide direct patient care to a panel of 400–450 patients, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 5 pm and no weekend clinic hours.

A phone-only on-call rotation supports a strong work-life balance. On-site imaging and lab services (X-ray, ultrasound, stress tests, Doppler, Echo, EKG, spirometry, blood work) are available to support comprehensive care in a group-practice setting

Qualifications

• Outpatient-only practice with a panel of 400-450 patients.
• Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 am–5 pm, with no weekend hours.
• Phone-only call shared among the group for work-life balance.
• No residents; focus entirely on direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct outpatient care to a panel of 20 patients per day.
• Utilize on-site imaging and labs (X-ray, ultrasound, stress tests, Doppler, Echo, EKG, spirometry, blood work).
• Collaborate with a supportive group practice team to deliver high-quality care.
