Job summary

CompHealth is assisting a Norman, OK-based practice in adding a geriatric medicine physician to their outpatient team. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with no weekend requirements and about 12–15 patients daily.

No hospitalist duties, no rounding, and telephonic after-hours call averaging three weeks per year. The candidate must be board-certified or board-eligible in geriatric medicine and possess a DEA license.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in geriatric medicine.
• DEA licensure required.
• Outpatient-focused geriatric care experience.

Responsibilities

• See about 12–15 patients per day in outpatient setting.
• No hospitalist duties and no rounding.
• Telephonic after-hours call averaging ~3 weeks per year.
• Call rotated regionally among physicians in the group.
