Job summary

Sanford Health Worthington Clinic is seeking a BE/BC general surgeon to join an established group of providers. You will collaborate with other Sanford Clinic surgeons to deliver comprehensive General Surgery services to Southwestern Minnesota communities, in a Level IV trauma center.

Call is shared with three general surgeons. The compensation package includes a competitive base with potential to exceed the floor based on wRVUs, and a full benefits package including health/dental/vision

Compensation Package

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $452,268 - $585,288 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
