Job summary

CompHealth is recruiting for a Board-certified or board-eligible General Surgeon to join a hospital-employed practice in northern Vermont. You’ll perform bread-and-butter general surgery, including scopes, MIS, laps, hernias and gallbladders, while joining two established surgeons in a collaborative environment.

The position offers a 4-day work week with one dedicated OR day and a 1:4 call schedule with the CMO and per-diem surgeon sharing calls.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in General Surgery.
• Experience with scopes, MIS, laps, hernias and gallbladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform bread-and-butter General Surgery procedures including scopes, MIS, laps, hernias and gallbladders.
• Collaborate with two established General Surgeons in a supportive team environment.
• Maintain a 4-day work week with one dedicated OR day and a 1:4 call schedule.

Salary from $300000.00 to $350000.00 annually Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
