Northwestern Medicine seeks a BE/BC General Neurologist to join our neuroscience program at Kishwaukee Hospital in DeKalb, IL. The role offers hospital privileges, exposure to numerous subspecialties, and involvement in acute stroke care with access to trials.

You will work within an established, employed model and use the EPIC EHR. This is a full-time position supporting our regional medical group with a patient-centered care philosophy.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Neurology from an accredited program.
• Experience in hospital-based neuroscience settings preferred.

Job Description

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a BE/BC General Neurologist to join our growing neurosciences program at Kishwaukee Hospital located in DeKalb, IL. Highlights of the program include:

• Join a well-established busy practice setting
• Hospital privileges at Kishwaukee Hospital
• Nearly 30 neurosciences subspecialties, including respected programs in cerebrovascular disease and stroke, movement disorders, brain tumors, Alzheimer's, epilepsy, spine surgery, cochlear implants and sleep disorders
• Acute stroke care with advanced treatment options, including access to clinical trials
• Conventional and complex neurosurgery of the brain, brain stem and spine
• Employed full-time position with Northwestern Medicine Regional Medical Group
• EPIC electronic health record system
