• Assist with the selection, supervision and evaluation of the Practice Location’s staff.
• Assist the Hospital in recruitment of additional physicians to the area served by the Hospital.
• Participate in utilization management, quality improvement, patient satisfaction programs and committees as requested by the Hospital.
• Participate in teaching or community benefit programs or other activities as requested by the Hospital from time to time.
• Participate in after hours and on-call coverage as indicated for patient care and practice needs.
• Provide and perform such other services as may be reasonably requested by the Hospital from time to time.

Responsibilities
