Job summary

Aoiassn is looking for a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join their newly formed Digestive Health Service Line as a GI Hospitalist in Mesa, Arizona. This position features a 7 on/7 off schedule or an alternative scheduling option, along with APP support.

The compensation includes a base salary of $700,000, potential value compensation, and a $100,000 sign-on bonus. Additionally, numerous benefits such as coverage for malpractice, paid sick leave, and wellness programs are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in General GI inpatient care with no interventional procedures.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including 7 on/7 off or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off.

Banner Health’s newly formed Digestive Health Service Line is seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join as a GI Hospitalist. The role includes 1 week on, 1 week off scheduling with APP support and offers a $100k sign‑on bonus, loan repayment and fellowship stipend potential.

Practice & Compensation Details

• Schedule: 7 on/7 off (or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off where available)
• General GI inpatient only work; no ERCP/EUS (interventional call covered by Endoscopy Services)
• Outpatient subspecialist support for IBD, Motility, Hepatology, Interventional GI and DGBI
• Outpatient APP recover clinic to triage post‑hospital visits
• Base Salary: $700,000
• Value Compensation Potential: up to $35,000 annually
• Sign‑On Bonus: $100,000
• Loan Repayment: up to $100,000 for qualifying fellows
• Fellowship stipend: $1,500/month while training
• Optional affiliation with University of Arizona (Banner University Medical Group)
