Job summary

Sanford Health – Marshfield Clinic in Eau Claire, WI seeks a BC/BE Gastroenterologist for outpatient and inpatient GI care. ERCP/EUS are not required but preferred. You will join a multi-specialty team with a strong primary care base and a 1:4 call schedule, supported by Advanced Practice Clinicians.

The compensation package includes a floor of $750,000 for the first two years plus a $100,000 retention incentive if you remain 1.0 FTE for four years, with comprehensive benefits.

Practice Details

Marshfield Medical Center – Eau Claire is seeking a BC/BE fellowship-trained Gastroenterologist in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. ERCP/EUS skills are not required but are preferred. Will provide outpatient and inpatient coverage for all GI needs and work within a multi-specialty practice with a strong primary care presence. 1:4 call. This outpatient GI position is supported by Advanced Practice Clinicians.

Competitive Compensation Package Includes:

• Compensation floor of $750,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

• In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
