CHRISTUS Southeast Texas – St. Elizabeth Gastroenterology Associates in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join its growing team.

You will handle a caseload of 30-40 patients per day, perform GI procedures including stent removals, EUS, and ERCPs, with Epic EMR and no on-call requirements. The practice supports two physicians and two nurse practitioners, offering a balanced professional and personal lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
• Residency & Fellowship: Internal Medicine residency and GI fellowship completed.
• Board Certification: Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Gastroenterology.

Responsibilities

• Perform GI procedures including stent removals, Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) and ERCPs.
• Manage a patient volume of 30-40 patients per day.
• Collaborate with two physicians and two nurse practitioners; work with support staff including endoscopy nurses and anesthesia.

About The Opportunity

• Patient Volume: 30-40 patients per day
• Procedural Responsibilities: Must be able to perform GI procedures including stent removals, EUS, and ERCP's.
• Team Structure: Currently supported by 2 Physicians and 2 nurse practitioners.
• Support Staff: Includes dedicated MA's, LVNs, endoscopy nurses, and anesthesia staff.
• Call: NO CALL
• EMR System: Epic
