Pay or shift range: $325,000 USD to $350,000 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.

Winchester Orthopaedic Associates, a well‑established private practice which has been serving the community since 1973, is seeking an additional partner. We are currently seeking an Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in Foot & Ankle surgery. Winchester, Virginia, is located within the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. It is a growing community with outstanding public and private school systems, outdoor recreation, rich history and affordable housing. We are within one hour of Shenandoah National Park, George Washington National Forest, and various local hiking, biking, and lake access points. Winchester is located about one hour from Dulles International Airport and 90 minutes from Washington, D.C.
Our main office is located less than one mile from Winchester Medical Center, a Level II trauma center affiliated with Valley Health System, which offers a broad spectrum of diagnostic, medical, surgical, and rehabilitative services.
Practice Overview:
We take a patient‑centered approach and are committed to the treatment of foot and ankle ailments with either conservative and/or surgical means. We strive to provide our patients with prompt, courteous, and caring services while providing the highest quality care possible.
The Foot and Ankle Surgeon diagnoses and provides treatment for various injuries and diseases within the bones, joints, and muscles of the foot and ankle.
The Foot and Ankle Surgeon reports directly to the Lead Physician at the assigned Practice and clinic. This role does not currently have direct reports.
