MaineHealth Franklin Hospital is seeking a full-time or part-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician with Surgical Obstetrics training to join our established team of three physicians and one Certified Nurse Midwife.
This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive obstetrical care in a collaborative rural setting, including prenatal care, labor and delivery, vaginal births, Cesarean sections, postpartum care, and newborn care. Candidates may practice exclusively in obstetrics or combine obstetrics with a primary care role, depending on their interests and qualifications. Shared call responsibilities are approximately 1:4.
As a Level I Maternal Center and the only inpatient hospital in Franklin County, Franklin Hospital delivers approximately 250 babies annually and provides the unique opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while benefiting from the resources of MaineHealth. The annual base salary for this position is $297,500.
