Job summary

CompHealth is assisting a Virginia practice in recruiting a Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician for a 100% outpatient setting with no hospital duties in Danville. The schedule offers a choice of a 4-day or 5-day work week, with one late evening per week until 7 pm and a typical 8–10 hour day.

Benefits include working under a Patient Centered Medical Home model, shared telephone calls, and NHSC loan repayment eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising mid-level providers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Family Practice or Internal Medicine care in an outpatient setting.
• Supervise mid-level providers in a PCP model.
• Collaborate with clinics to maintain patient flow and access.
