The position features a full-time schedule with 32 patient contact hours and 8 administrative hours each week, a light patient volume of about 16 patients per day, and on-site services including embedded pharmacists, behavioral health, diabetes education, and community health workers. Teaching opportunities with an adjunct professor appointment are available.
