Description:This position requires seeing a combination of pediatric and adult patients.A decision regarding candidates is typically made within 7-14 days.Candidates will be considered if they are board eligible and have completed residency within the last 5 years.Credentialing process can take 30-90 days, with six weeks being common if the provider submits the application and supporting documents promptly.Required immunizations for credentialing include:

• 2022-2023 flu vaccine.
• TB status or X-ray results (must be within 90 days before the position starts).
• Positive MMR titer or complete immunization series.
• Positive Hepatitis B titer or complete immunization series.
• Positive varicella zoster titer or complete immunization series.
• Tdap immunization (must be within the last 10 years).
• Patient encounters per shift are expected to be 16.
• The facility has a trauma level of 0.
• Specialty skills preferred include Family Medicine gynecology, well-woman care, and pediatric care for newborns through adolescents.
• General outpatient experience is preferred.
• No obstetrical responsibilities are required.
• The position is available for immediate start and ongoing duration.
