Description:A Family Medicine or Internal Medicine opportunity is available to provide outpatient clinic coverage.The practice offers a true value-based care model with no fee-for-service structure.There are no RVU requirements, no call responsibilities, and no after-hours charting.This opportunity is ideal for a physician seeking a predictable outpatient schedule.The focus is on caring for patients in a collaborative care environment.Candidates who value quality-focused care and work-life balance will find this opportunity particularly attractive.Responsibilities include the diagnosis and treatment of acute medical conditions.The role involves the management of chronic medical conditions and preventive medicine.Care coordination and specialty referrals are integral parts of the position.Additional duties include the interpretation of diagnostic testing and participation in quality improvement initiatives.Comprehensive physical examinations are required, along with developing individualized treatment plans.The physician will provide preventive care services and chronic disease management.Ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies and documentation using EMR is part of the role.This is a 100% outpatient practice with an adult patient population.The average daily patient volume is between eight to sixteen patients.No leadership responsibilities or teaching requirements are associated with this position.
