Cynet Health seeks a Physician in Family Practice for a full-time outpatient role at a Rural Health Center in Indiana. The office operates Mon–Thu 7 am–5 pm and Fri 7 am–4 pm; credentialing typically takes 60–90 days. The team includes 1 DO and 1 NP, with a competitive base salary and PSLF eligibility.
