Intermountain Health Cedar City Hospital is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join the Heber Valley Clinic, a multi-specialty site delivering comprehensive care to families. Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, hold an unrestricted Utah MD/DO license or be eligible, and complete a U.S.

ACGME residency. The position offers flexible scheduling, a competitive salary, relocation assistance up to $20,000, a signing bonus, and a full Intermountain benefits

Requirements

• American Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
