Kheir Clinic in Southern California is seeking a physician to provide cost-effective primary care to underserved communities. You will deliver culturally and linguistically appropriate medical services with professional, caring and ethical conduct.
You will work in a team-based setting, supervise residents and students, participate in quality assurance, and take after-hours call. The role includes managing appointment schedules, coordinating with staff, and addressing patient concerns.

Salary Range: $230,000.00 To $270,000.00 Annually
Kheir’s mission is to increase and provide access to culturally and linguistically-sensitive quality primary healthcare and human services support to the underserved and uninsured residents of Southern California.
Physicians are integral members of the clinical team. The Physician provides cost-effective services to low-income families and individuals, with a special focus on providing culturally and linguistically appropriate health and wellness services to the residents of the community. The Physician must be committed to delivering timely, efficient, quality medical care to all patients in a professional, caring, and ethical manner.
Kheir Clinic is a teaching institution. Physicians are expected to provide appropriate supervision and
mentorship to residents (PGY1, PGY2, PGY3), medical students, nursing students, and fellows. This
responsibility is recognized as an integral part of the physician’s role in advancing education and
patient care at Kheir Clinic. Teaching and supervisory duties are included within the scope of
employment and are encompassed in the overall compensation and benefits provided to physicians.
