Qualifications

• Active Florida Medical License or ability to obtain.

• Eligible for malpractice coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Manage preventive care, screenings, and immunizations.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and treatment therapies.
• Provide patient education and follow-up care.
• Refer patients to specialists and community resources when appropriate.
• Participate in care team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
