Job summary

Jackson Hospital and Clinic seeks a Certified Physician Extender (CRNP/PA) to deliver urology/urogynecology care to patients.

The role includes inpatient and ER consultations, hospital rounding with urologists, and coordinating care with the on-call Urologist. Hours are Monday–Friday with no on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program.
• National certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Ambulatory care experience required.
• Current licensure as a CRNP or PA in the State of Alabama.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; leadership and organizational abilities.
• Self-directed and accountable.
