Job summary

Florida Urology Partners, LLC is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our urology team in downtown St. Petersburg. You will provide medical services under the supervision of our physicians, perform physical exams, and manage pre- and post-operative care.

Responsibilities include ordering tests, documenting in EPIC, and occasional hospital calls and rounds. The position is full-time with generous benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a free YMCA

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited PA/NP program.
• Florida State License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services under physician supervision.
• Perform physical examinations and determine patient health status.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
• Document patient care in the EHR (EPIC).
• Care for patients at the St. Petersburg location with occasional hospital call/rounding.

We are moving to a larger (and beautiful new) location and are looking to add to our Urology Provider Team. The PA / NP will provide medical services under the supervision of one of our physicians. You will be responsible for our patient's health and will provide physical exams, provide pre and post operative care, determine abnormal conditions, order diagnostic tests, document patient care and services in the EHR (EPIC).

We recently went into an agreement with Tampa General Hospital and have been busier than ever. You will be seeing patients at our downtown St. Petersburg location. There will be some call and rounding at local hospitals.
