Astrya Global Medical Staffing is seeking an ENT for a 13-week locum tenens assignment in Ephrata, PA. The role involves 8:00 AM–5:00 PM shifts, with OR and clinic duties and potential extension.

Qualifications

Job Title: ENT
Location: Ephrata, Pennsylvania
Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension.
Pay Rate: $277 - $298/hr

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a ENT for a temporary assignment in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. These positions are 13-week locum tenens contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a ENT:

• Work clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break; overtime shifts from 7:30 AM to 3:30 or 4:00 PM
• Cover 5 OR days per month and 7 clinic days per month
• Participate in 24-hour call coverage (December 23 at 7:00 AM through December 29 at 7:00 AM), with callback expectations of 0–2 hours
• See approximately 26–27 patients per day in the clinic setting
• Perform approximately 6 surgeries per day in the OR
• Provide care for patients of all ages, including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Perform general ENT procedures in both the clinic and OR settings
• Demonstrate comfort with parathyroid, Cochlear, and Baha procedures (preferred)
• Utilize Epic EMR for clinical documentation
• Collaborate with support staff including medical assistants and clinical support assistants
• Maintain active PA license or IMLC/LOQ
• Maintain current ACLS certification
• Maintain active DEA registration
• Meet board certification or board eligibility requirements
• Adhere to all credentialing, privileging, and compliance requirements, including full compliance due 2 weeks prior to start
