Compensation Package

• $340,000 income guarantee for up to 2 years
• Productivity bonus (up to 20%)
• $50K signing bonus + relocation assistance
• 12-month shareholder track with high earning potential
• Group-paid medical, dental, vision, and malpractice (including dependents)
